Treadmill(Running) Test
To check the durability of retractable handle and wheel system on luggages and suitcases. Depending on the size of luggage (travel size, business size, and briefcase) and the wheel system (2-wheel or 4-wheel), 10kg to 40 kg of weight is placed on the luggage for testing. The luggage is loaded with 15 kg (for Carry-Ons) or 20 kg (for Check-Ins) and with an additional 7 kg of weight on the telescopic handle. The luggage is rolled with 2 rear wheels and 4 wheels respectively both at a speed of 4km/hr for 4 hours on a specialized treadmill with bumps(the treadmill paused for 10 minutes for every 4 km). This test is run for the equivalent of 32 km. All tests confirm no permanent or functional damage, proving our luggage withstands extensive use.

Drop Test
The luggage is loaded with 15 kg (for Carry-Ons) or 20 kg (for Check-Ins), dropped from a height of 90/60/60 cm and landed with 4/2/1 wheels respectively. After testing, we check for any cracks and confirm that the locks remain strong and functional. This rigorous testing demonstrates that our luggage is built to withstand tough handling and maintain its integrity.

Telescopic handle jerk test
The luggage is loaded with 15 kg (for Carry-Ons) or 20 kg (for Check-Ins), and hanged in the air by the telescopic handle. It is lifted, dropped, and then suddenly stopped by the telescopic handle after freefalling a specified distance. This cycle is repeated 300 times. Post-test inspections confirm no breakage or fractures, verifying exceptional durability

Handle Jerk Test
The luggage is loaded with 15 kg (for Carry-Ons) or 20 kg (for Check-Ins), and hanged in the air by the top and side handles. It is lifted, dropped, and then suddenly stopped by the telescopic handle after freefalling a specified distance. This cycle is repeated 300 times.
